Youngbow: Land a Great Job
Submission of an online booking form and payment or transfer of funds confirms your reservation on the course offered to you by Longbow.
Due to the extensive preparation necessary prior to the start of any programme, Longbow must be notified in writing of all cancellations and requests to transfer to a different course.
If written notice is received by Longbow before the course starts and a replacement can be found, Longbow will transfer the reservation to another course for a 30% transfer charge.
In the event of a cancellation with no replacement found, the following scale of charges will apply:
- More than twenty weeks before the start of the course – full refund
- Less than twenty weeks but more than eight weeks – 75% of fee refunded
- Less than eight weeks before the course starts – 0% of fee refunded
If no formal cancellation is made prior to the start of the course but the participant fails to attend or withdraws from the course once it has started – 100% of the fee will be retained.
Longbow operates a clear policy that no report of information regarding any Longbow client shall be shared with or made to anyone other than Longbow personnel, sub-contractors and agents on an as required basis. No details will be passed on to third parties.
Data Protection Act 1998
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, Longbow will store your information for the provision of services, administration and analysis of data only. We do not pass on any details to any third parties.
Youngbow will make all reasonable endeavours to adhere to the published schedule for the course but reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule. In the event that the course is cancelled by Youngbow, Youngbow will make a full refund but disclaims any further liability. As much notice as possible will be given.
